Los Intocables

Erik Ravelo‘s Los Intocables (“the untouchables”) takes the symbol of the cruciform and nails one global issue after another– from war to sex trafficking, guns to obesity, paedophilia to chemical warfare– in portrait after jarring portrait of a “crucified child,” depicting the many “evils” men do and the “crosses” innocent children all over the world must bear as a consequence.

The artist Ravelo, 35, is from Cuba.
